forgot to mention that at the musculoskeletal clinic at SGH has a perdy weighing machine, completely electronic. even the high recording instrument is electronic as well. needless to say during the long 3 hour wait, i weighed and measured myself. current height: 183cm current weight: 74kg BMI: 22.09 i always thought i grew a few cm? guess i didnt grow taller since 17 years old. good news is that i have lost weight. hoorah for jogging and static excersies, only 4 kg to go :D |
